Rachel Ritchie (Owner)
Formerly the Editor in Chief of Portland Monthly and the VP of Digital Strategy for SagaCity Media, Rachel helps to craft compelling content, design, and digital experiences as the director of Good & Gold's creative team. Emily Wells Jiménez
Digital Marketing Strategist
Emily is a Jane of all trades—she’s worked on many design and strategic planning projects, carries project management experience from the agency world, and also dabbles in website and app development since finishing coding school. When she’s not playing (or making!) video games, she loves researching and leveraging data to provide insights that help and support clients' business goals.
After moving to Portland in 2010, while working at the legendary Powell's City of Books, Katie pursued her dream of writing, crafting content for local businesses and publications including Portland Monthly and Travel Portland. At Good & Gold, she wrangles client projects behind the scenes, shares the love on social media, and creates and edits copy for websites, newsletters, advertisements, and more.

Art Direction & Design
Jen specializes in creating engaging, relevant design systems and editorial solutions for clients in the arts, publishing, education, and nonprofit industries from her studio in NE Portland. Over the last 15 years, she’s helped bring countless publications to life, and created, commissioned, and directed just as many illustrations, photo shoots, events and marketing packages.
Sika is an award-winning photographer and digital content producer based in Portland. She primarily works on short films and photography projects. She grew up in rural Maine and is a graduate of Stanford University. Past projects include work for CLIF Bar, Honda, Monocle, ACLU of Oregon, Basic Rights Oregon, Oregon Humanities, and Portland Monthly magazine.
Web Design & Development
Noah has experience with everything from project management to development to UX design. A veteran of PixelSpoke, 18F, and Zapier, he is expert at designing and coding modern websites in collaboration with creative teams, crafting information architecture to satisfy user needs, and creating forward-thinking, tightly integrated products that meet client needs.
From logos and print collateral to email graphics and social media assets, Brittany is skilled at taking a design project from concept to completion. She has worked at Willamette Week, Portland Monthly, Hanna Andersson, and Rejuvenation, where she developed a love of print, strong typography, and creative collaboration.
Chris is a freelance fashion and celebrity portrait photographer, working closely with Creative Directors and Art Directors from a variety of industries, including editorial, advertising, and manufacturing. He collaborates on the direction of each photo shoot, ensuring the visual story pairs well with the message being delivered.
